It worked this time sure 'cause I'm on holidays, equals no cooking at midnight so I'm benefitting from natural lighting. :-) The bobotie really is warming though, isn't it? And much easier than I imagined it would be! Definitely gonna produce this for a party Robert Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09022217098735525001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2370849757192072718.post-58234460928002274272010-06-08T16:48:45.546+01:002010-06-08T16:48:45.546+01:00Robert as far as I can see you are a disaster free...Robert as far as I can see you are a disaster free zone!!

Thanks for letting me know about the banana :-}}Brownieville Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02492647486930989408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2370849757192072718.post-15729968152740008202010-06-08T11:57:41.161+01:002010-06-08T11:57:41.161+01:00This looks great! I used the recipe in the ballymaloe big silver book, it has cinnamon etc in it but no banana. It's like a gorgeous spicy tropical sheperds pie! I must make it again.Lilly Higginshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03805354926925972312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2370849757192072718.post-86722633607066977392010-06-06T23:22:38.375+01:002010-06-06T23:22:38.375+01:00It tasted good, thankfully not out of place since ...It tasted good, thankfully not out of place since there's a big enough fruit element already in there with the sultanas and chutney. I gather they're added more for decoration purposes, or at least any info I found on the recipe suggested so. Either way, I'm just glad it wasn't a disaster as per usual! :-)Robert Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09022217098735525001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2370849757192072718.post-74693849365767542732010-06-06T15:26:58.416+01:002010-06-06T15:26:58.416+01:00Sounds interesting Robert, how did the banana tast...Sounds interesting Robert, how did the banana taste?Brownieville Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02492647486930989408noreply@blogger.com
